Doula Connection

Book a one-on-one doula visit and come enjoy a warm mug of coffee/tea as we discuss your successes and struggles and find solutions and resources tailored to your unique needs. *Siblings are welcome!
Examples include:
- Breast/chest/bottle/solid feeding troubleshooting
- Postpartum sleep adjustments and routine creation
- Baby carrier fitting and trials - a variety of styles are available to try
- Emotional adjustments postpartum
Newborn Café
Tuesdays | 11-2pm

Bring your baby 0-6ish months old for an afternoon of play, discussion, and connection with other families in the similar season of parenting.
There is no need to rush - we welcome families anytime in the three hour window!
First Year Group

Come join families with kiddos of all ages at Just Jakes in Duncan for a fun family night out!
​There is no cost to RSVP and each family is responsible for the cost of their own meal.
We require an RSVP 24 hours ahead to ensure we have enough tables set up for our group.
Birth Partner 101
Private Workshops
​$125 per family
Pregnant people and their support team are welcome to join us for an evening of tips and tricks to provide support during vaginal and cesarean births including lots of comfort measures. This is a great refresher workshop for people who have already birthed before.
*This class is focused on birth and doesn't cover any infant feeding or postpartum information.

Comprehensive prenatal classes designed to prepare families for their transition into and through their first few months of parenthood with practical tools and strategies for comfort, communication, and caring for baby.
